- Find out their goals and have them and you write them down. The Game Plan Sheet in the beyondblessedwellness.com site is helpful.
- Show them around the back office. Resources. Share, Send, Invite (speak to them as if they are going to be sharing and “when you have a customer, when you have an ambassador….” ). Make sure their subscription order is on!
- Welcome them on the team page Beyond Blessed, https://www.facebook.com/groups/139712139755788/ and possibly the Rising Diamonds page and Rise Wellness. You can also put them in your team chat or chat thread if applicable.
- Give them the beyondblessedwellness.com site as a resource
- Introduce them in a 3 way chat with your sponsor if you haven’t done that before they joined. Start the message and introduce each person and say something like “Erin, I’m so excited for you to get started on this journey. My friend Jody has an incredible health and business story that I know that you’ll be so encouraged to hear. Jody would you share your story with Erin and answer any questions she might have?”
- Ask them when they would be willing to have an informational event (sip n see, launch party) with you online or in person as they start out. “We have found that everyone knows people who would benefit from these products and opportunity. When could we host an informational event for you to invite others to learn about it along with you. I can do all the sharing but you do the inviting. It’s fun and simple. We find that those who start this journey with others, or a few accountability partners are way more successful.”
- Ask them who are the first 3-5 people that come to mind that they would want to do this with them or need the products and business. Help them form a message to send to those friends.
- Make a first post sharing that they are excited to start the products and thank you as their sponsor. Ex. “I have struggled with being a tired mom for far too long. My friend Jessica is seeing amazing results with her own health and her kids and I’m excited to see what it can do for me too. Who wants to do this with me?”
- Invite them to join in on any new ambassador team calls or events that your team is doing in the next month.
- Follow up when they get their products, a coupe days after starting and each week after.
